-SETOUCHI Karen – Changes Japan’s “mobility” by Internet of Moving Things- To Exhibit at G7 ICT Ministers’ Meeting in Takamatsu, Kagawa April 28-30 at Sunport Takamatsu “Decks Galleria”

PS Solutions Corp. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman & CEO: Amane Kito hereafter “PS Solutions”), a member of the SoftBank Group, will participate in the corporate exhibitions to be held from April 28 through 30 in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture in association with the G7 ICT Ministers’ Meeting to showcase its personal mobility rental motorcycle service “SETOUCHI Karen”, which was launched on March 26 in Teshima, Kagawa.
PS Solutions’ exhibition will feature “Ubiden”, smart-grid transaction engine developed by SoftBank Corp. (hereafter “SoftBank”), adopted in SETOUCHI Karen and an application supported by “Oracle Cloud Platform” by Oracle Corporation Japan which detects and visualizes real-time location information of personal mobility vehicles. At the exhibition booth, electric motorcycles” EV-neo” and “EV-Cub” will be presented in cooperation with Honda Motor Co., Ltd. Through the introduction and demonstration of SETOUCHI Karen, PS Solutions will explain the Internet of Moving Things concept which will transform mobility in Japan.

Smart-grid transaction engine which detects various energy consumption data.
3)Oracle Cloud Platform
A cloud platform connected to personal mobility which analyzes driving data, location information as well as power consumption data in real time. Demonstration will be available to show how the platform is utilized in SETOUCHI Karen.
4)EV-Cub Concept
In addition to EV-neo which is offered in SETOUCHI Karen rental motorcycle service, EV-Cub Concept, an electric-powered model of the globally-known Honda Super Cub series, will be exhibited as an example of future Internet of Moving Things.

Launched on March 26, 2016 in Teshima Island of Kagawa Prefecture, SETOUCHI Karen offers EV-neo as personal mobility rental motorcycle service. Starting with the motorcycles, PS Solutions aims to create personal mobility related services by leveraging the usage analysis data to promote environment-friendly low-carbon personal mobility. We plan to develop packaged personal mobility services and to provide network-connected transportation infrastructure for cities with air pollutions and environmental concerns.
